Do I need to have a business before signing up?
Not at all. This course has been created to help entrepreneurs start and launch their businesses so if you don’t have a business yet – it’s perfect for you!
What’s the difference between the Pro plans?
The only difference between each Pro plan is the price and the billing cycle, each plan gives you access to the same content.
The monthly plan is billed monthly at full price, the quarterly plan is billed every 3 months at around 20% off, and the annual plan is billed every year at 50% off.
How can I get the most out of my Pro plan?
To get the most out of your Pro Plan, we would recommend putting everything you learn into practice immediately, using the Pro plan advanced courses as references whilst taking action in your business.
Most Pro learners complete a course every 6.5 days, spending on average 2 hours a day on the platform fine tuning their skills.
You will also be given a dedicated expert entrepreneur coach to help you with any questions you may have about your course, so definitely make use of them in the chat!
Even if you do not have a business yet, we would recommend upgrading to Pro Plan eventually so that you can learn all of the hard skills required to grow, manage and run your business.
When will I be billed for my Pro plan?
You’ll be billed when your free trial ends as per your preferred subscription.
Example: If you choose the Monthly Plan on April 1st with a 30 day free trial, you’ll be billed on 1st of every month from May 1st.
How do I connect with my expert mentor?
In every lesson, there is a chat box in the bottom left hand corner on desktops/laptops/tablets and on the bottom right hand corner on mobiles – this is where you’ll be able to connect with your learning mentor.
What can my expert mentor help me with?
Our expert mentors are proven professionals in the field of business and entrepreneurship. They have been trained on all of our content and will be able to help you with any questions or problems you may have.
How often can I message my expert mentor?
Our expert mentors are available to connect with you 24/7 and Pro plan members have priority access – which means you are guaranteed to receive a reply within 5 minutes.
Beta content
Why can't I access all the courses?
We’re currently in our Beta research phase so we’re still working on some of the courses until they’re perfect for you. You can vote your interest in ‘Coming Soon’ courses and when they’re live – we’ll let you know.
When will the 'Coming Soon' courses go live?
As part of our Beta research phase, we have asked our learners to vote for all of the courses they want to take.
The top 20% of courses voted for, will go live every month. This means around 30 courses will go live every month!
How do I vote for a course that I am interested in?
1. Click on the course you are interested in.
2. Sign up for a free account.
3. Click the thumbs up icon to vote your interest.
4. We’ll let you know when the course is live and ready for you!
Cancelling
How can I cancel my Pro plan?
You may cancel your subscription at any time in your payment settings. When you cancel, your subscription ends at the end of the current billing cycle.
You can also pause your subscription if you need to take a break.
